Join us for an inspiring Butterfly Squad Hero Day, a unique parent-and-child experience designed to get families moving, laughing and growing stronger together. Through fun fitness challenges, games and interactive activities, children will begin to unlock their “Secret Ninja Mega Powers” learning powerful tools that help build confidence, resilience and positive mental wellbeing. Open to all abilities, and for children aged 4-10 this high-energy event combines movement, mindset and connection, giving families practical tools they can take home to support healthier habits and stronger relationships. It’s more than just a fitness session — it’s an uplifting experience that empowers children and parents to discover how strong they really are, together.
